As an HOA Board, we are neighbors and friends who have volunteered to serve our neighborhood. We have families, jobs and obligations just like you. We commit to doing our best to care for the neighborhood and address issues in a timely, kind and respectful manner. We ask that as we do our best to serve, that we be treated with respect, courtesy and kindness.
Please get to know your neighbors and make efforts to be a good neighbor. Many concerns should be addressed neighbor to neighbor and are not HOA issues. In some cases it is appropriate to contact the City of Idaho Falls or even the Idaho Falls Police Department. Our greatest hope is as great neighbors we can work together and be kind and neighborly.
